Why should you join?
If you are looking to join a pilates group suitable for men and women at all levels then this class is for you! My teaching method will guide you through the vital principles of pilates and will also offer some challenging moves to work towards. I'm a certified Level 3 mat work pilates instructor and I also hold a Level 4 qualification specialising in lower back pain.
I run classes in South Bucks and my clients are of all ages and abilities. I like to build the moves, giving optional progressions so that people of all levels can enjoy pilates together.
Pilates is extremely beneficial, it can improve core strength, improve posture and/or muscular problems, tone your body and give a sense of wellbeing. It is also a fantastic way to tone your body after pregnancy and childbirth
